On a train to work I found an old unfinished blog post and finished it (760 words).
I was acceptend in a FB group about FB ads. I spent about 30 minutes commenting and posting there.
I updated this blog with one-week worth of entries.
I replied to several emails/ messages clearing my communication backlog a bit.
My royalties arrived, so I divided them among various funds. I paid off my credit card that I started using for business expanses.
On a train back home I wrote 270 words starting a new Quora answer.
In the evening I formatted and submitted a long article to a Medium publication.
I spent some time networking in FB groups. I pimped my coaching client’s book in one of them.

I did 66 pushups on the left arm. A record.
I slept 6.5 hours.

About Michal

I’m a father of three – two sons and a daughter. I’ve been married for more than 15 years. I’ve been a church community member for more than 18 years. And I just cannot resist the urge to make this world a better place. First of all by becoming more, by focusing on my personal growth. And then by an absolute transparency of my progress.
