I woke up before my wife and did my morning routine.
We briefly visited my other friends, we did them a surprise, we lost contact several years ago.
We visited local cementeries. I’ve been on a grave of my friend for the first time since his death in 2005.
We drove back to home, did small shopping, ate a lunch and I hit the bed.
When I woke up it was my wife’s turn to collapse to bed. I wrote 1020 words for my novel and most of my habits.
In the evening we watched “How I Spent My Summer Vacation”; I checked on my coaching clients and jotted in my gratitude journals during the movie.

I slept 6.5 hours plus 1.5 hours.

About Michal

I’m a father of three – two sons and a daughter. I’ve been married for more than 15 years. I’ve been a church community member for more than 18 years. And I just cannot resist the urge to make this world a better place. First of all by becoming more, by focusing on my personal growth. And then by an absolute transparency of my progress.
