Sleep deprivation finally took its toll. I had to wake up early, because my daughter had a school trip today and she needed to be at school earlier than usual.
I went back to bed after seeing kids off to school, but then I got a call. A Christmas tree has been delivered.
Then my son forgot about a textbook with homework. I lifted the book for him and drove to town. I did some shopping and was back at home before noon.
I was tired. I went to bed with a minor headache and woke up two hours earlier with much worse of a headache.
At 4 pm wood for fireplace has been delivered. I took a painkiller and took a nap.
Late afternoon I felt good enough to answer my new coaching client.
I did a few of my habits and went to bed once again.
All in all I spent almost 10 hours in bed to recover.
In the evening I wrote 770 words for a blog post.
I was slow to finish my habits and got a lot of sleep during the day. I went to bed at 2 am.
I slept 5.5 hours plus 2.25 hours. I napped 45 minutes, 25 minutes and 55 minutes.
