In the morning I updated the media page on my blog. I’ve been interviewed on a few podcasts lately, so I added them.
On a train to work I wrote a book review (700 words).
I wrote and published a couple of Quora answers.
I cretaed final version of the blog post proofread by my friend.
In the evening I went for my church community meeting.
The cover for paperback of Bulletproof Health and Fitness arrived. I submitted the book for review on CreateSpace.
I did 48 pushups on the right arm. Record.
I slept 5.25 hours. I napped 15 minutes on a train back home.
