In the morning I formatted Bulletproof Health and Fitness for paperback.
I finished a broadcast to my email list (270 words).
On a train back home I started a couple of book reviews.
In the evening I finished paperback for Bulletproof Health and Fitness and sent an order for a cover design.

I did 89 legs-elevated pushups on stands. Record.
I slept 5 hours. I napped 15 minutes on a train to work and 30 minutes on a train back home.
