I woke up at 4 am.
I formatted and scheduled broadcast to my list about meditation habit challenge. I also made relevant changes to my FB Habit Change group.
I worked on editing my guest post for Kindlepreneur.
On a train to work I wrote 320 words for a Quora answer.
I wrote a whole new answer (700 words) and published it on Quora.
I shared my story on GoodThinkInc.
I wrote a verbose (160 words) answer to a commnet on Medium.
On a train back home I edited another guest post.
I went for my daughter’s violin lesson.
I had a very touching mastermind call. Guys focused on my personal issues and gave me a ton of virtual support over the ocean.

I did 46 pushups on the right arm. Record.
I slept 6 hours. I napped 20 minutes on a train to work and 5 minutes behind the desk.
