Languages of Love

I woke up 4:15 am
I wrote 1070 words for book #15. There was a chapter missing in the raw draft.
I went through the beginning of the draft creating reverse-outline, fixing mistakes and improving wording.
I drove to a town, did some shopping and played with my daughter in a park.
I played with my sons a card game.
I caught up on sleep.
I posted a Quora answer using my book’s content.
I checked on my coaching clients.
I sent an email with complaints to the manufacturer of the device I purchased.
I watched a comedy with my wife and we solved “The 5 languages of love” test together.

I slept almost 5 hours plus 1.5 hours. I napped 25 minutes in the morning.

About Michal

I’m a father of three – two sons and a daughter. I’ve been married for more than 15 years. I’ve been a church community member for more than 18 years. And I just cannot resist the urge to make this world a better place. First of all by becoming more, by focusing on my personal growth. And then by an absolute transparency of my progress.
