Mind fitness record

I worked from home today.
I woke up 5:20 am. I sent a message to my cover designer asking for a final tweak of a paperback cover.
I put together a bunch of posts and Quora answers and sent them to my VA to proofread them.
I formatted and published Part 3 in my Infallible Framework for Habit Development series.
I used a chapter of my book to answer a question on Quora.
I wrote 410 words for a broadcast to my email list.
I went for my daughter’s violin exam. She got B, she didn’t practice enough for A.
I wrote 120 words finishing the broadcast. I formatted and sent it.
Posting my blog post in the morning I in a by-the-way matter posted a 2nd part of Framework on Medium. It got 500 views!
I wrote 560 words for July 2015 income report.

I did 39 narrow-grip pullups. A record.

The power of mind

Actually this record illustrates the power of mind. Pullups and chin-ups records are hard to beat, especially if you train them for some time. Usually I increment my performance by 1. I was sure my last record was 38, but I mistook pullups with chinups. My last record was 35, I beat it multiple times in the past week trying to reach those 39. Only because I THOUGHT I did 38 in the past.
I slept 6 hours. I napped 20 minutes and 15 minutes.

About Michal

I’m a father of three – two sons and a daughter. I’ve been married for more than 15 years. I’ve been a church community member for more than 18 years. And I just cannot resist the urge to make this world a better place. First of all by becoming more, by focusing on my personal growth. And then by an absolute transparency of my progress.
