Two records

A publication on Medium released my article; I immediately submitted the next part.
In the morning I had a call with one of my accountability partners.
I created a Facebook group for my book launch team.
I wrote (310 words) a broadcast to my beta-readers asking them to join the group. I formatted and sent it.
I started a blog post and wrote 800 words for it.
I jotted down and published a quick Quora answer.
In the evening I drove to the diocesan town, my church community had a mass with a bishop.
I came back at home about 11 pm and read fiction to 3 am. Beyond stupid.

I did 27 narrow-grip full chin-ups. Record. A few hours later I did 28. Guess what? Another record!

About Michal

I’m a father of three – two sons and a daughter. I’ve been married for more than 15 years. I’ve been a church community member for more than 18 years. And I just cannot resist the urge to make this world a better place. First of all by becoming more, by focusing on my personal growth. And then by an absolute transparency of my progress.
