I posted an answer on Quora.
I drove to the town to attend a breviary prayer with my church community.
On a train to work I wrote 600 words for a book review, email broadcast and Quora answer.
On a train back home I wrote 490 words finishing a Quora answer.
I lifted my daugter for her violin lesson. Waiting for her in the music school I proofread a broadcast to my list, made a couple of phone calls and prepared an update for my accountability partners.
I sent a couple of email broadcasts.
I spoke with my buddy from the Community about hiring a VA.
I reviewed my input to my friend’s book, corrected some mistakes and found a few more places to fill with substance.
I replied to a couple of emails.
I finished my habits and hit the bed.

I slept 6 hours. I napped 10 minutes.

About Michal

I’m a father of three – two sons and a daughter. I’ve been married for more than 15 years. I’ve been a church community member for more than 18 years. And I just cannot resist the urge to make this world a better place. First of all by becoming more, by focusing on my personal growth. And then by an absolute transparency of my progress.
