Beta-reading began

I posted a Quora answer.
I drove to the town to attend a breviary prayer with my church community.
On a train to work I wrote 950 words; a buddy from FB authors group writes a book interviewing writers.
I wrote a short (120 words) answer and posted it on Quora.
I created a list for beta readers, prepared the manuscript of #14 book and composed a welcoming email for the list. I added 10 people to it.
Both of new proofreaders did a quick job. On a train back home I went through 2900 words of my next income report and a couple of Quora answers.
I posted one of the reviewed answers on Quora.
I lifted my daughter to music school and we went to my church community meeting.

I did 52 pushups on a basket ball. Record.
I slept 5.5 hours.

About Michal

I’m a father of three – two sons and a daughter. I’ve been married for more than 15 years. I’ve been a church community member for more than 18 years. And I just cannot resist the urge to make this world a better place. First of all by becoming more, by focusing on my personal growth. And then by an absolute transparency of my progress.

Have you tried push ups with each hand on separate basketballs, or balls of different sized.

Tony Horton in one of his One on One workouts has you do push ups with hands and feet on separate 4 balls, and another variation is feet on medicine ball elevated and hands on separate balls. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLSj6m0odL4 has numerous variations.
