Using time and wasting time

On a train to work I reverse-outlined two last chapters of #10 book.
I did a whole lot of work today.
I reviewed the job of VA on my next promo, he did a superb job.
I followed the job of previous assistant and submitted my promo to a couple more sites, which accepts books only at the day of the promo.
I formatted (I added at least a dozen links) and published a book review.
I spent all too much time on FB and Twitter interacting and trying to promote my book.
On a train back home I wrote 730 words for #14 book.
I wasted (and that’s the right word) hours observing how the promo unfolded. In short: disappointing.
In the evening I had a Skype call with my SEO coach.
Around midnight I brainstormed 370 words about a book review.

I slept 6 hours. I napped 25 minutes on a train to work.
