I did my morning routine and had a call with my accountability partners. It was touching, twice I had tears in my eyes.
I took care of a few things at home (like coal delivery) and prepared for the trip.
I attended my uncle’s funeral about 70 miles from where I live. It consumed main bulk of my day. I also visited an old friend. We haven’t seen each other for about two or three years. It was a surprise for him. And for me, I learned that his first child was born just a week ago!
I was back at home well after 7 pm. I took a power nap and reverse outlined the rest of #10 book.
I wrote, self-edited and published on Amazon book review.
I wrote a blog post about my reflections from the funeral.
I finished my habits.
I approved proofreader’s changes to a book review, formatted and published it on my blog.

I did 49 narrow-grip pushups on stands. Record.
I slept 7 hours. I napped 10 minutes.
