I collected the final screenshots from the book event. I did nothing more at the office, I had too much work for my employer.
Well, we had a staff meeting, boring as hell. I wrote down a list of tasks I carried around only in my head. A long one…
I also brainstormed about the titles for consistency book.
The event was a bummer. Small number of authors plus another event a day before caused that the sales was about the third of what’s normal for Buck Books events. I sold 90 copies of From Shy to Hi. Just 4 books broke the boundary of #2k rank.
On a train back home I wrote 460 words for #13 book.
I took a nap and wrote 600 more words.
The furnace in our house broke. I was trying to fix it for a couple of hours without a success. After that I mustered last bits of energy to reverse-outline a chapter of #9 book.
First time since I started logging my sleep it’s hard to tell how long I slept. While working in the night I took a couple of short naps, then I slept roughly 2 hours twice. I was simultaneously supervising the event and processes on the server. I napped 40 minutes on a train to work. I also took a 40-minute nap when I got back home.
